• OnlineSecurity will meet with the client to determine the scope and goals (interdiction, prosecution, etc.) of the investigation.
• The majority of the investigative work will be done from OnlineSecurity investigative headquarters, but investigators may travel to the client site or other locations to collect evidence or analyze data.
• Throughout the investigative process, OnlineSecurity’s investigators will follow court accepted investigative and evidence handling protocols, so that in the event the evidence must be presented in court, OnlineSecurity can testify to the authenticity, integrity, and veracity of the evidence.†

Deliverables:

• OnlineSecurity will provide to the client a detailed investigative report encompassing leads identified, technical analysis, evidence collected, and investigative analysis.
• Detailed technical analysis, such as packet capture logs, will be provided to the client upon request.
